May Update 2021: New Applications OPEN!

We are delighted to be able to open applications for both our exciting Summer Club and the new school year’s After School and Breakfast Clubs.

We are opening applications for the new academic year 2021/22 to everyone from 10th May but priority is given to all current members and those who attended the AGM until the end of May. Thank you to all those who came along on 27th April – I hope it was informative, it was great to see all of you who were there. Thank you for your encouragement and enthusiasm and thank you to our fabulous Committee for all their hard work and support for the Club this year.  

Please remember that we need everyone to re-apply, even if your child currently attends TASC sessions. We very much hope that you will continue to be a part of the TASC family and look forward to working with you and your child(ren).

Please find the Application Pack on our Downloads page including a welcome document with lots of information you may need about the Club, particularly if you are new to us.

In order to secure a place for your child(ren) for the new year you must complete the attached forms and pay your annual membership fee (if you are new to TASC please contact elaine.tasc@gmail.com for our bank details). If you have any access issues around completing the forms or paying the membership fee, please get in touch so that we can assist you or arrange an alternative way for you to apply/pay. 

If we do not already hold an up to date photograph of your child(ren) for their file please could you also send one with your completed forms. Please return all forms and photos to elaine.tasc@gmail.com Digital signatures are acceptable. So, in order to secure a place for 21/22 the forms we need returning are:

  • Registration Form
  • Session Booking Form
  • Permissions Form
  • if relevant Additional Medical Form
  • Plus an up to date Photo (if we don’t already hold one)

If your child has any medical issue (however mild) please give us as much detail as you can on their condition using the Additional Medical Information form. If you have answered no or n/a to questions about Medical issues on the main Registration form, there is no need to fill out the Additional Medical Information form.

If you are already a member we can use your registration details, if you are new to TASC please fill out the registration forms as above for Summer Club too.


After much research and weighing of costs and benefits we have decided to move away from a digital system for now. This new application process may therefore seem a little more cumbersome but our priority is the accuracy, detail and accessibility of the information we hold on your child(ren) and so I thank you for your patience in advance. 

We very much appreciate you giving us as much information as possible on your child(ren) to help us to give them the best care we can.


Once we have received your completed forms, payment and photo (if applicable) then you will have secured a place and we will email you to confirm (please remember Elaine works limited hours so it may take her some time to get through everyone, so don’t panic if you don’t hear straightaway). If we have any queries or need more information we will grant a provisional place, get in touch with you and confirm once we have all that we need.
